Data centers and defence-in-depth, end to end.
A semi-government securities depository needed end-to-end IT infrastructure — from data centers to layered security to a working call center — designed and implemented as one.
The challenge
As a semi-government institution handling sensitive operations, it needed infrastructure that was both comprehensive and demonstrably secure: data centers, a hardened network, and controls at the endpoint and the gateway — not a patchwork of point solutions assembled over time.
It also needed a call center stood up as part of the same programme, integrated with the rest of the estate rather than bolted on separately.
Our approach
We designed and implemented the data-center and network foundation, then layered security across it — network, endpoint, and gateway (firewall) controls working together as a single posture rather than isolated tools.
Alongside the infrastructure build, we set up the organisation's call center on the same secured network.
The outcome
The depository runs on infrastructure we designed and built end to end, with defence-in-depth security from the gateway to the endpoint.
Its call center is integrated into the same estate, delivered as part of one coherent engagement.
