Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to advise you well and run our business responsibly. This policy explains what that is, and the choices you have.
Effective date:28 May 2026. ParityFox, a Xeo Information Systems LLP company (“ParityFox”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through this website and in the course of our consulting engagements.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. Details you submit through our contact form or by email — name, company, email address, telephone number, and the content of your inquiry.
- Usage information. Standard server logs and Google Analytics 4 (cookies, IP address anonymised). Google's tag is loaded on every visit but is told you have not consented until you click Accept on the cookie banner — so it writes no cookies and reports no identifying data on declined visits. See Cookies and analytics below. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and deliver requested services.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.
Data security
We apply the same security discipline to our own systems that we bring to client work — encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and continuous monitoring. See our Security page for detail.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@parityfox.com.
Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymise it.
