Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Information you provide. Details you submit through a contact form or by email — name, company, email address, telephone number, and the content of your inquiry. With a form submission we also record the address of the page you sent it from.
• Technical information. Standard server logs. Your IP address is also held in memory for about a minute when you submit a form, to limit abuse; it is not stored with your inquiry.
• Analytics and advertising measurement. Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, used to understand how the site is used and to measure whether our advertising produces inquiries. See Cookies, analytics and advertising below.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Google's tag is loaded on every visit, in Google Consent Mode v2. The first time you visit, a small banner asks whether you consent to analytics and advertising measurement. Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key pf-consent:

• Accepted — Google Analytics and Google Ads may set cookies (typically _ga, _ga_* and _gcl_*) to distinguish visitors, attribute an inquiry to the ad that led to it, and let Google show ParityFox ads to people who have visited the site.
• Declined— Google's tag stays in its default “denied” state: it writes no cookies and sends no advertising identifiers. Google still receives cookieless signals, such as that a page was viewed or that a form was submitted, which it uses only in aggregate to estimate how well our campaigns work.
• No choice yet — same as Declined; the banner stays visible.

You can change your choice at any time using the control below. Clearing site data in your browser also resets it.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and deliver requested services.
• To send you a one-time email confirming we received your inquiry.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising.
• To meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.

Who processes your information

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers below, who process it on our behalf under contract, or where required by law:

• Zoho (ZeptoMail) — delivers the emails generated by our contact forms.
• Heartline CRM — our customer relationship system, where inquiries are recorded and followed up.
• Google — Google Analytics and Google Ads, as described above.
• Our hosting provider — runs the servers this website is served from.

Some of these providers, notably Google, process data outside India. We transfer personal data abroad only as the DPDP Act permits.

Data security

We apply the same security discipline to our own systems that we bring to client work — encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and continuous monitoring. See our Security page for detail.

Retention

• Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted 24 months after our last contact with you.
• Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as Indian tax, accounting and LLP law requires.
• Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
• Analytics data is kept by Google under the retention settings of our Google Analytics property, at most 14 months.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed; to have it corrected, completed, updated or erased; to withdraw consent at any time (as easily as you gave it); to have a grievance redressed; and to nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity. Depending on where you live, other laws may give you similar rights, such as data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@parityfox.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

We will acknowledge your grievance promptly and respond within 90 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website is intended for business users and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and its effective date.
